Introduction

Welcome to AMATIP Digital Box ("AMATIP"), your partner in digital transformation. By accessing or using our suite of tools, resources, and platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AMATIP Digital Box, governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and other integrated services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are advised to refrain from accessing or using any part of our Services. AMATIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided for significant changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

Definitions

AMATIP Digital Box

An all-in-one platform offering personalised tools, resources, and integrations to empower individuals and businesses in content creation, branding, e-commerce, and income generation. It streamlines productivity, task management, collaboration, and digital growth.

User

Any individual or organisation accessing or utilising AMATIP's Services, including account owners and invited contributors.

Content

All materials uploaded, shared, or created by Users through the AMATIP platform, including but not limited to text, images, files, and data.

Third-Party Services

External applications, tools, or content integrated with AMATIP to enhance functionality. Governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Account

The registered profile established by Users to access and manage the features and tools provided by AMATIP.

Account Creation & Management

3.1 User Account

To access AMATIP's Services, Users must create a personal or organisational account by providing accurate and complete personal or business details, including a valid email address, username, and password. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

By creating an account, you agree to: keep your registration details accurate and up to date; assume responsibility for all activities conducted through your account; and notify AMATIP immediately of any suspected security breaches.

3.2 Account Ownership

The individual or entity associated with the registered email address is considered the account owner. In disputes, AMATIP may make a determination based on payment records and correspondence. AMATIP's decision is final and binding.

3.3 Contributor Roles

Account owners may invite collaborators ("Contributors") to participate in projects. Account owners are fully accountable for the actions of their Contributors. AMATIP is not liable for disputes between account owners and Contributors.

Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for their intended purposes — managing tasks, collaborating on projects, improving productivity, enhancing personal branding, generating income through digital tools, hosting websites, providing cloud storage, securing data, and scaling businesses. All Content must comply with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

4.2 Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Unlawful Activities
Using the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes; uploading Content that violates intellectual property rights.
Platform Exploitation
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the platform.
Malware & Harmful Content
Uploading or sharing Content containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements.
Spam & Phishing
Exploiting the platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices aimed at misleading or defrauding individuals.

Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

Users maintain full ownership of any Content they upload, create, or share. By using the platform, Users grant AMATIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and display their Content solely for delivering the Services — including storage, backups, and collaborative features.

5.2 AMATIP Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform — design, features, software code, algorithms, trademarks, and brand identity — are the sole intellectual property of AMATIP, protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.

5.3 Feedback

AMATIP may use, modify, or implement feedback provided by Users without obligation, compensation, or acknowledgment. Feedback is provided voluntarily and does not grant Users ownership or claims over platform improvements.

Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 Data Collection and Use

AMATIP handles all data in compliance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal and business data for service delivery, service improvement, and legal compliance purposes.

6.2 Third-Party Services

AMATIP integrates with Third-Party Services including payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud storage services. By enabling these integrations, Users acknowledge and consent to data-sharing as outlined in those third parties' privacy policies.

6.3 GDPR Compliance

AMATIP is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users in the UK and European Union. Your rights include:

ACCESS

Request a copy of your personal data processed by AMATIP.

CORRECTION

Update inaccurate or incomplete information in your account.

DELETION

Request erasure of your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.

PORTABILITY

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer.

To exercise these rights, contact AMATIP via support channels. Requests are addressed within 30 days.

Subscription & Payment

7.1 Paid Services

Certain features within AMATIP Digital Box require paid subscriptions. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7.4. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are clearly outlined at the time of purchase.

7.2 Auto-Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically to ensure uninterrupted access. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file. Users receive prior notice of upcoming renewals and may cancel at any time via account settings.

7.3 Invoices and Taxes

AMATIP issues electronic invoices for all Paid Services. Users are solely responsible for paying applicable taxes (including VAT or sales tax) and any fees imposed by financial institutions.

7.4 Refund Policy

Initial Purchases
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
Renewals
Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless a billing error occurred.
Non-Refundable Services
One-time purchases or custom integrations are non-refundable.

Refund requests submitted via AMATIP's support channels are processed within 7–10 business days if approved.

Limitation of Liability

AMATIP aims to provide reliable and efficient Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMATIP is not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, revenue, or consequential damages), Content loss caused by User actions or technical issues, or problems resulting from the use of Third-Party Services integrated with the platform.

Users are encouraged to maintain backups of their data and take necessary precautions to secure their accounts and Content.

Termination

9.1 By User

Users may terminate their account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, Users lose access to the platform and all associated features and Content. Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless stated in Section 7.4. It is the User's responsibility to back up Content before terminating.

9.2 By AMATIP

AMATIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: violation of these Terms; non-payment of subscription fees; or misuse of the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Users whose accounts are terminated may contact support@amatip.com for clarification or to appeal.

Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, including compliance with UK regulations related to digital services, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer rights.

10.2 Resolution Process

Step 1
Mediation
Both parties first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation facilitated by a neutral third party.
Step 2
Legal Proceedings
If mediation fails, the matter escalates to the courts of the United Kingdom under their exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

AMATIP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform features, pricing, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications, with the "last updated" date updated accordingly.

Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.
